What a great start to what’s going to be an awesome year!! Thanks to all of you for your patience these first few weeks of school with all the construction and parking issues we have. Campbell Station Rd will be great when it’s finished, so we just need to continue to be patient. And, please, if it is an option for your family, use the buses for transportation to and from school. We do want to throw out a big THANK YOU to the police personnel who have been out during drop off and pick up times. Your service is much appreciated!!

Please mark your calendars for the parent nites (Aug 30, 2nd; Aug 31, K; and Sept 2, 1st, all beginning at 5:45pm), as well as parent involvement meetings (Sept 1, 9am-1st grade; 9:45am 2nd grade; Sept 3, 9am-Kindergarten). Lots of information will be discussed at these meetings, so please attend if possible.

Our annual PTA membership drive has begun so make sure you seek out an envelope in your child’s backpack and join the PTA!!! There are lots of changes and new things happening this year that we are so excited about!! We will be doing a yearbook for the first time at FPS, so look for information on that! There will be a new design for our spirit wear this year, and some exciting new stuff going on for our annual Fall Festival! It’s going to be a great year at FPS!!!
